Gay cinema was finally getting popular during the 90s with more and more films being released during this decade. In this week’s video, I’ll be looking at two movies in particular.
The first being, The Hanging Garden (1997) which was director Thom Fitzgerald’s debut film, written and directed by Fitzgerald and released in 1997 to rave reviews.
The second being the 1998 documentary, Beefcake, which takes an in depth look at the phenomena of Beefcake Magazines from the 1940 and 50s – particularly those published as Physique Pictorial by Bob Mizer.
